Meritor XTended Lube Drivelines (MXL™) Meritor XTended Lube Drivelines (MXL™) offers extended lubrication intervals to reduce operating costs and extend the life of linehaul and city delivery applications. Built with a steel shroud and seal design, the MXL series is more robust than competitive products. It is compatible with industry-standard yokes for improved parts availability and flexibility for aftermarket conversion.

Meritor Permalube™ RPL Series Drivelines Meritor Permalube™ RPL Series drivelines were first in the North American heavy-duty commercial vehicle industry to be permanently lubricated and sealed for life to reduce maintenance and save money for cost conscience fleets. Advantages include reduced operating and maintenance costs, industry-leading warranties, easy serviceability and extended U-joint life, particularly on gear-fast/run-slow drivetrains and higher torque applications. Meritor offers a 5-Year/500,000-Mile warranty for linehaul applications. Designed to accommodate linehaul, heavy service and downspeeding, these drivelines fit a wide range of applications and torque handling requirements.

Transfer Cases

MTC™ 2000 Series The MTC-2000 transfer case is a 2-shaft, 2-speed model with precision ground gearing for maximum durability and high torque capability for the most demanding applications. With optimum mobility, excellent durability and a versatile fit for multiple applications, the MTC 2000 series transfer case fits a wide variety of general purpose construction and utility applications.

MTC™ 4000 Series The MTC-4000 Series of transfer cases feature robust 4-shaft, 2-speed models with precision ground gearing for maximum durability and torque capability for the most demanding applications, while maintaining a low vehicle profile. MTC-4000 models cover the full spectrum of PTO compatibility offering application flexibility; including the full-power, PTO equipped 4206-FV, full-power, high-speed PTO-optional models such as the 4208-XP, or Meritor’s EVO models which are designed for applications that cannot use the available transfer case PTO and instead interface with existing split-shaft Power Take-Off (PTO) assemblies and mid-ship pumps.

Transmissions

THE FAT-30™ AUXILIARY TRANSMISSION Extreme-duty vocational vehicles need an auxiliary transmission suited for a variety of on- and off-highway applications, including logging, mining, heavy haul, oil field and military. Meritor’s rugged FAT-30 can handle 30,000 foot-pounds (40,675 Nm) of input torque, giving it the highest torque rating in the industry at twice the capacity of other available products.

MOR-32 RC™ Single Rear Drive Axles Meritor’s Rail axles utilize our proven MOR/MOX Off Highway axles to leverage existing technology for reduced lead times to meet production demands. Designed to match North America’s standard rail track width for railcar movers capable of travelling on both roads and rail tracks fitted with couplers for moving small numbers of railroad cars around in a rail siding or small yard, the MOR-32RC and MOX-32RC comes in both a rigid rear drive and front steer option.

MH-810™ Single Rear Drive Axles Meritor has been the axle supplier of choice to the United States Army's fleet of 2.5- and 5-ton vehicles for more than 50 years. These bevel gear wheel-end reduction axles exceed the demanding requirements of the current Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) with weight ratings up to 23,000 pounds, optimal maneuverability and excellent ground clearance. They are ideal for use in heavily armored vehicles to improve payload capability and mobility.

MS-13X™ Single Rear Drive Axles The MS-13X™ single rear drive axle for medium-duty applications is designed for maximum durability and weight savings. The 13X™ is ideal for Class 6 and 7 trucks and buses. Compatible with drum, disc and parking brakes, it has a gross axle weight rating (GAWR) ranging from 17,000 to 21,000 pounds.
