POWER TAKE-OFFS & PARTS
Built for high-torque and heavy-duty requirements, the 82 Series PTO features a lever or air shift cast iron housing and a single or dual optional hydraulic pump mount.
Muncie Power Products’ 8405/6A Series PTO provides a rigid structure for high vibration level environments at an economical cost.
A constant drive power take-off, the CD05 Series PTO is designed to fit tight mount applications. Without loss of torque or horsepower, the CD05 uses the same components as the CD10 but is approximately 15 percent smaller.
Designed as a functional alternative to front, crank shaft driven hydraulic pump applications, the CD10 Series PTO boasts an ample capacity for heavy duty applications without obstructing service areas of the truck engine and cooling system. 
The CD40 Series PTO is designed for maximum output torque for live engine driven equipment using Allison World or Caterpillar automatic transmissions. 
Designed to work on Allison 1000 and 2000 series automatics and many other current manual transmissions, the CS6/8 Series PTOs offer direct mount pump options and a drag brake. Upgrading to a multi-disk clutch brake allows for absolute shaft stoppage.
Constructed with large gears, the CS10 Series PTO is built for heavy duty applications.
When you need the max power from an Allison 3000 or 4000 and Caterpillar CX transmission, the CS40/41 Series power take-off delivers. 
The EX Drive is designed to fit on Allison 3000 and 4000 series transmissions with retarder or cooler, and allows for large gear or piston pumps to be direct mounted.
Muncie Power’s F20 clutch shift power take-off is designed specifically for Ford’s new 10R140 10-speed transmission on class 3–5 Ford trucks starting in model year 2020. 
With its angular housing design, the FA6B Series PTO moves the clutch shifted output below chassis obstructions for either drive shaft applications or direct mount pumps for Allison and Aisin 6-bolt transmissions.
The FR and FA Series power take-offs were designed in cooperation with Ford Motor Company's engineers to fit the 5R110 "TorqShift®" and 4R100 automatic transmissions.

Muncie Power Products’ quiet, FR6Q Series power take-off is designed to fit Ford Super Duty trucks, F-350 to F-550, with the Ford 6R140 transmission. Featuring the latest in noise reduction technology, the FR6Q encompasses a noise abatement mechanism that eliminates virtually all gear rattle noise for a quiet power take-off.
The first in the Titan™ Class of power take-offs, the Titan MC1 Series is a medium-duty, 10-bolt mounting, clutch shift PTO that is designed to fit Allison 3000/4000 Series transmissions,
Gear adapters mount between the vehicle transmission and power take-off to increase clearance and/or change rotation.
The RL Series PTO offers one speed forward and one speed reverse. Designed to be used on winch applications only, the RL is available in both 6-bolt and 8-bolt units with standard lever shift, and optional air-shift provisions available. 
We offer a wide range of rear-mounted PTOs for foreign and domestic transmission applications including Caterpillar fully automatic transmissions, the Eaton Ultra-Shift automated manual transmission, Mack® mDRIVE™ automated manual transmission and Volvo I-Shift automated manual transmission.
Muncie Power’s RS6S-P89M PTO is designed to fit Detroit DT12 transmissions in Freightliner or Western Star Class 8 Cascadia or 5700 trucks. Detroit PTO Prep Kit option 362-822 is required by the transmission. 
Muncie’s PTO shaft extensions for the Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmission provide easier hydraulic pump installation by moving the hydraulic pump mount to the rear of the transmission. 
Created to fill the gap between the TG and 82 Series, the SH Series is an air shift only power take-off designed for high torque applications. The SH Series is an easy to mount PTO with an integral air shift design and high torque capacity.
SS66 Series Split Shaft PTOs are used to provide two 6-bolt PTO apertures
SS88 Series Split Shaft PTOs are used to provide two 8-bolt PTO apertures for a variety of heavy duty applications and auxiliary power drives.

The E Series dump pumps are the standard equipment for tandem, tri-axle dumps and dump trailers with high volume cylinders. These dump pumps are available in both direct and remote mount configurations with two or three line plumbing and air, cable or lever shift options.
Muncie return line filters provide an effective and economical means of protecting and prolonging the life of any hydraulic system.
Take control with Muncie Power Products’ L125 directional control valve. The L125 is constructed with high-grade, iron castings and nickel-plated spools for use in high-pressure applications and can be configured with many different spool, control and positioner options. 
Muncie's metal round reservoirs are available in both aluminum and steel and are designed for hard working, continuous-duty applications that may generate high amounts of heat and other applications where a metal reservoir is preferred.
Muncie offers metal upright tanks available in both aluminum and steel. Aluminum reservoirs are offered when weight, appearance and performance are important, while steel is the preferred solution when quality and dependability are required.

The two position, two way valve provides a simple means of directing oil flow into two separate hydraulic circuits or can be used as a low pressure bypass back to the reservoir.

Ultimate power and performance in a small package best describes the F4 Series gear pumps. The pressure balanced bushing blocks and sleeve bearings provide both long life and high performance.
Muncie clutch pumps provide hydraulic power at the flip of a switch. Clutch pumps can be used in situations where a PTO aperture is unavailable or difficult to access. Although normally belt driven, clutch pumps may also be shaft driven from the engine crankshaft.
The PH Series is an all cast iron bushing style gear pump with displacements from .62 to 2.48 cu. in./rev.
Pilot operated relief valves provide maximum system pressure protection, even with widely varying flow rates. 
The combination of strict machining tolerances, solid stop contact faces and larger overlap between the stages has resulted in one of the strongest and most stable cylinder columns currently available on the market.
Muncie Trunnion Mount cylinders not only offer the mounting style that allows for increased capacity in the dump body by allowing for significant reduction or elimination of the dog house but also many other features. Our polyethylene reservoirs are available in box and upright design and are designed for easy installation. Polyethylene tanks are intended for use in intermittent-duty applications where heat buildup is not an issue. 
Dry valve pump systems lower operating costs by drastically reducing horsepower draw in the "Off" mode, thus saving fuel.
The Muncie PV Series pumps consist of the PVL, PVJ, and PVE variable displacement piston pumps that are used in closed center hydraulic systems.
