Dana Spicer D170-342
D170342GTP

The Dana Spicer D170 Series is a heavy-duty tandem drive axle differential designed to meet the demands of high-torque, high-load applications. Engineered for maximum durability, the D170 offers a rugged design, advanced gearing technology, and a wide selection of gear ratios for performance tuning across various vocational and on-highway applications.

Built to handle extreme duty cycles, the D170 differential is well-suited for refuse trucks, construction vehicles, and long-haul transport. It features dual-reduction gearing with a spiral bevel input and helical inter-axle gearing, which improves power flow and minimizes wear. The D170 is also known for its high torque capacity, enhanced thermal management, and long maintenance intervals, making it a cost-effective solution for fleet operators.
