The PAI C15101-010HP is a high-performance in-frame engine rebuild kit designed specifically for Caterpillar C15 diesel engines. Manufactured by PAI Industries, this kit is engineered to enhance engine durability and efficiency, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications requiring superior performance.

This comprehensive overhaul kit includes:

6 High-Performance Cylinder Kits: Each kit comprises pistons, liners, rings, retainers, and seals. The high-performance pistons feature a ceramic thermal barrier coating, promoting more effective and even fuel combustion while maintaining higher nominal temperatures. This coating insulates the piston, reducing oil temperature by preventing excessive heat absorption.
Upper Gasket Kit: Contains gaskets for the cylinder head, valve cover, and other upper engine components, ensuring a proper seal and preventing leaks.
Connecting Rod Bearings: Precision bearings designed to withstand high loads and provide smooth rotation of the connecting rods.
Main Bearing Set: Includes bearings made from F780 material, offering 15 times higher load capacity, longer life, and improved fatigue resistance compared to standard bearings.
Thrust Washers: Essential for maintaining proper alignment and preventing axial movement of the crankshaft.
Oil Pan Gasket: Ensures a secure seal between the oil pan and engine block, preventing oil leaks.
Exhaust Manifold Assembly Gasket: Seals the connection between the exhaust manifold and cylinder head, preventing exhaust leaks.
Thermostat Kit: Regulates engine coolant temperature for optimal performance.
