Muncie BFEM02K-04 Hypress 2SC Hydraulic Hose (1/4″ ID) – SAE 100R2 / SAE 100R16 / EN 857 2SC
The Muncie BFEM02K-04 Hypress Standard 2SC Hydraulic Hose is a high-pressure, compact hydraulic hose designed for demanding mobile hydraulic applications, including dump trucks, vocational trucks, utility vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and industrial hydraulic systems. Manufactured as part of the Muncie Power Products hydraulic hose line, the BFEM02K series combines the pressure capability of a two-wire braided hose with a reduced bend radius for easier routing in confined spaces.
The BFEM02K-04 is a 1/4-inch inside diameter (dash size -04) Hypress 2SC hose that meets or exceeds EN 857 2SC, SAE 100R16, and ISO 11237 2SC standards. It features a two-layer high tensile steel wire braid reinforcement, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover, and compatibility with Muncie’s one-piece No-Skive G-Series fittings.
This hose is commonly used in hydraulic power systems connected to PTO-driven hydraulic pumps, dump bodies, cranes, refuse equipment, snow and ice equipment, agricultural machinery, and other heavy-duty hydraulic circuits where flexibility, durability, and high working pressure are required.
