Muncie BFEM02K-06F Hypress 2SC Hydraulic Hose – SAE 100R16 / EN 857 2SC (3/8″ ID, Fire-Resistant Cover)
The Muncie BFEM02K-06F Hypress 2SC Hydraulic Hose is a compact, high-pressure hydraulic hose designed for demanding mobile hydraulic, vocational truck, industrial, and specialty equipment applications where enhanced flame resistance and durability are required. Manufactured as part of the Muncie Power Products / Interpump Fluid Solutions Hypress hose family, the BFEM02K-06F combines the pressure capability of a two-wire braided hydraulic hose with a flexible compact design and a fire-resistant outer cover.
The BFEM02K-06F features a 3/8-inch inside diameter (-06 dash size) and is constructed with two high tensile steel wire braid reinforcement layers to provide excellent pressure handling, vibration resistance, and long service life. The hose meets EN 857 2SC, SAE 100R16, and ISO 11237 2SC performance requirements while adding a flame-resistant cover option for applications where hydraulic lines may be exposed to elevated temperatures, sparks, or potential fire hazards.
This hose is commonly used in PTO-driven hydraulic systems, dump trucks, refuse equipment, utility vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, cranes, and industrial hydraulic systems where compact routing, high pressure capability, and additional environmental protection are important.
